Terms of Service

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and 9ja Soft Lyf ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Nigeria. One account per person. Providing false identity or location information is a material breach and grounds for permanent termination with forfeiture of any balance.
2. Nature of the service
The Platform offers you the opportunity — not a guarantee — to earn a share of ad revenue generated when you watch third-party rewarded advertisements. Earnings are not wages, employment, or an investment product. We are not your employer.
3. Rewards are discretionary and revocable
All balances shown in your account are provisional until paid out. We may adjust, void, reverse, freeze, or reclaim any credit at any time, including after payout, if we reasonably determine that the underlying activity was fraudulent, invalid, gamed, incentivised improperly, or refunded by the ad network. Ad-network chargebacks reduce your balance one-for-one.
4. Prohibited conduct
You will not, and will not attempt to: (a) use bots, emulators, VPNs, proxies, click farms, incentivised traffic, or auto-clickers; (b) create multiple accounts, share accounts, or transfer accounts; (c) refer yourself or coordinate fake referrals; (d) tamper with rewarded-ad callbacks, network requests, cookies, service workers, or any anti-fraud system; (e) scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Platform; (f) use the Platform for anything illegal. Violation results in immediate suspension, forfeiture of any pending or paid balance, and possible legal action.
5. Withdrawal conditions
Withdrawals are available only after the eligibility requirements shown in-app are met (account age, verified ad volume, valid bank details, and completed profile). We may decline, delay, or partially fulfill any request while we verify activity. Minimum amounts, wait periods, and fees may change at any time. Withdrawals may be paid net of any fees, taxes, or amounts owed to us. Approved payouts are final only after they clear on the recipient bank's side.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold pending balances, and refuse future payouts, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination for breach, any unpaid balance is forfeited and treated as liquidated damages for the operational cost of the breach.
7. Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or filings arising from amounts you receive from the Platform. We may withhold amounts required by law.
8. No warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific level of earnings is achievable. Ad availability, ad payouts, and third-party payment processors are outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount actually paid out to you by us in the 30 days before the claim arose, or (b) ₦10,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or opportunity, even if advised of the possibility.
10. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms, reward rates, revenue-share percentages, minimum thresholds, fees, and any other Platform mechanic at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute must be resolved by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
13. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
